It was great for us - clean, plenty of space for us both to be able to work / be on calls at the same time. We rented bicycles which made it easy and fun to get around chiang mai! Wasn’t actually too far from the main bits, 20 minute walk. We didn’t have our room cleaned as we were only there for 3 days, but fresh towels, toilet roll, water and coffee were brought to us every morning. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was okay - our room was also on a busy road so it was pretty noisy at night but it didn’t bother me. Lots of great local restaurants nearby with good prices

The staff was super nice and very helpful. They were willing to clean our room every day, and they did a good job of it. We got free water every day. The location was good - walkable distance to the north gate. There are 7-Eleven and Big C shops on the opposite side of the road, and a bunch of coffee places and street food vendors nearby. There are cheap laundromats available in the building.

Really nice looking + modern and cleaned apartment! It's a perfect solutions for a short or long stay spending good price. Closer you can find markets, restaurants, bars and it's 20 min by walk far away from center and temples. Thanks a lot/Kop khun krap.
